Hockey...

We ARE in Canada. After our Sunday meetings we get together and play a sport...this past Sunday it was Hockey. Next time I think I will actually participate.

Rustic Pizza

Abner fixed dinner tonight and it was delicious! He made it with spinach, swiss cheese,tomatoes,and an egg, yes an egg, on each whole wheat pita bread. I was thinking It would be just ok, since the thought of an egg on my pizza didn't quite grab me...I was so wrong. He can make this again for us, ANYTIME..thank you hun!

walk walk walk

I'm still trying to get used to all the walking that is done here. Everything is considered to be at "walking distance". But I still miss getting in the car and driving to the store that is just around the corner. Here are some images of us walking... on this particular night, I didn't mind it too much because we ended up at a nice coffee shop. At this shop you can sit at the front of the shop where there is live lounging music or the back of the place which has a cozy seating area complete with a big screen TV set on sports. We sat in the middle Abner faced the TV and I the band. After this we went (walked) to the grocery store...

Old Montreal is Grand

A few weeks back we took a stroll in Old Montreal (date night). It's very nice! It's definitely a must see when you visit this beautiful city. People entertaining the public, cooking lessons, dance floors open to the public... so very nice! Please don't get me wrong, there is still no place like beautiful California!
